We are excited to upgrade our new Workout Zone space to members in 2024! You asked and we listened: members will have access to more boxing heavy bags during all hours of operations in our new and improved workout zone! Burn calories and quickly and punch your stress away in 2024! We also continue to work to improve and modernize our dedicated Spin Studio! THE H-F BEAST OBSTACLE COURSE DASH

SUNDAY, JULY 14 • 8 - 11:30 AM

Registration has opened for our third annual H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash. The race will take place on the morning of Sunday, July 14. Kids will complete 8 obstacles during a 1-mile race, while adults will complete 16 obstacles during a 2-mile race.
