What is a fitness orientation?
Our fitness orientation is typically 30 minutes long and will provide you with the basics of using the weight machines and cardio equipment. It also includes:
• Breakdown of fitness center policies and rules.
• Discussion of proper form and techniques.
• Updating waivers.
• Tour of the Loft fitness area/classes.
• Tour of the Loft Wellness amenities.
• Discussing your fitness goals and options.
