What do Hephzibah62:4 and church multiplication have in common?

“As we have walked with students through parental incarceration, we have seen a special area of connection. We don’t have all the answers, but we have been able to create space in which healing, joy, and the peace of the Lord can be found even in the darkest of places.”

Pastor Nikki Taylor, Hephzibah62:4 Church Plant Grant recipient

Hi Jodi,

Hang out with a church planter long enough and you will likely note a unique pioneering spirit, what Dr. Wayne Schmidt has called “an entrepreneurism of eternal consequence.” The testimony above is just one of many examples we have encountered, where caring for vulnerable children and families has been part of a church plant’s DNA.

In 2019, when we relaunched as Hephzibah62:4, we did so with a strong commitment to realign with The Wesleyan Church and its mission of transforming lives, churches, and communities through the hope and holiness of Jesus Christ.

This realignment has connected us with a beautiful array of Wesleyan churches of all shapes and sizes and opened our eyes to the unique opportunities available in partnerships with church planters. They often plant churches in areas marked by high concentrations of vulnerable children and are hungry for equipping resources that can help them serve most effectively.

We are praising God for the opportunity to expand our Church Plant Grant process to three years, increasing opportunities to build strong collaborative relationships with Wesleyan church planters committed to excellent hands-on ministry to vulnerable children in their communities. See below for more information.

Thank you for your prayers and support of our Hephzibah62:4 church planting partners!

Your partners in multiplication,

Jodi and team
