Theatre Bristol has been a key part of our community for 58 years, offering quality entertainment and powerful experiences on and off stage.


Your contribution will help:


  • The arts be valued in our community
  • Tell important stories that we experience together
  • Tickets be affordable for all
  • Provide opportunities on stage for all ages
  • Develop marketable skills for youth and adults
  • Camp and classes be affordable and build confidence
  • Support performances at the Paramount Center for the Performing Arts
  • Increase and improve our ARTspace Theatre comfort and seating capacity
  • Increase awareness and accessibility of our work
  • Offer internship opportunities for students and portfolios for theatre students
  • Make loans to area theatres, schools, and organizations sets, props and costumes
  • Foster creativity, and designing and building our sets, props, and costumes
  • Introduce young children to theatre and offer low-cost school productions
  • Build staffing capacity and management resources moving into our 59th year
  • Maintain and improve our more than 100-year-old State Street presence
  • Bring to the stage in 2024: Mark Twain's The Diaries of Adam and Eve, Aesop's Foibles, The Rainbow Fish, Disney's The Little Mermaid, The Mockingbird Sings, Scrooge! The Musical, and A Tuna Christmas
  • Our community thrive and attract business and employees
  • Sustain the incredible legacy of founder Cathy DeCaterina
