Greetings From The Farm!
Remember how this newsletter is supposed to be monthly, but you haven't heard from us since August? Us too. Oops. We've been so busy rocking and rolling around the country that it's suddenly November! But we're excited to bring you all up to date on our incredible year, and some exciting opportunities to help make 2023 even better.
What's Up
It's been a heck of a year, with so many successes across so many levels for our riders, but what I come back to is this: we're not only taking top ribbons, but we're having a ton of fun while we do it. Here's some of the highlights:

Jodie Harney finished her USDF Bronze Medal aboard her own Sullivan, who we've brought up the levels together as a team. Jodie had never been to a recognized dressage show before she joined us, and now she's looking towards the upper level work on a horse she's ridden from the beginning. Wow!

Abe Pugh and Alice Drayer's Elfenperfekt stormed around the USEF Festival of Champions to place fifth in the country at the Grand Prix Finals. What an incredible journey it's been for both of these wonderful boys!

Mary Ewing's Coilldearmad Rowan earned overall High Score of the VADA/Nova Morven Park show in August with a whopper 77%. What a phenomenal animal, especially as he's only been in dressage training since this Spring!

We had a barn burner of a Regional Championships, including excellent rides from Rebecca Polan (who would go on to place 7th at the USDF Finals!) and Peggy Minnich (who bred and developed her Westbrook to FEI!).

And The Elvis Syndicate's Guernsey Elvis rocked around the USDF Finals, taking Reserve National Champion honors in the Grand Prix freestyle on a 74.517%. Thrilled, thrilled, thrilled.
What's New
We're beyond excited to welcome a new Assistant Trainer to the team! Ali Redston is an FEI dressage rider, with extensive experience with both young horses and young riders. A veteran herself of the USEF Youth Programs, having competed from the FEI Pony level through the North American Young Rider Championships, Ali trained with US Olympian Dottie Morkis, and has extensive young horse experience through top breeder Scot Tolman at Shooting Star Farm. Ali looks forward to helping every horse and rider achieve their goals! Please sign up for a lesson with Ali at TimeCenter.

Ali and I also have availability for hub lessons throughout the area, so if you've got three or more riders, we'd love to come to you. Reach out via email and we'll get started.

While we're open as usual for trailer-in folks, we're thrilled to announce that I can now offer virtual lessons worldwide with sign up via Time Center! We finally have internet at the farm that isn't powered by squirrels, so I can now fit your virtual lesson in to my normal teaching schedule. All you need is a solid internet connection, a cell phone, a pair of wireless headphones and either a Pivo (my favorite!), a Pixem or a dedicated cameraperson. I have virtual students across North America! Email me to learn more.

We're putting together our 2023 clinic schedule, which will include several visits from biomechanics expert Suzanne Galdun, several members of the US Dressage Team, bra fitter Alison O'Neill, tack fittings, and more. Stay tuned to us here and on Facebook!

And we leave shortly for Florida, so see us one more time before we go. We're still navigating the waters of whether arena rentals will be available this winter, so stay tuned for the latest updates as we know them.

We can't wait to see you, whether in person or behind a screen, so you can get to achieving all your dreams!
