Have a happy holiday week!
Westside Well-Being Series:
Module 4 — Cultivating Awareness Through Mindfulness-Based Practices
In this month's module, Cultivating Awareness Through Mindfulness-Based Practices, we will learn the difference between “mind-full” and “mindful” and how remaining present and aware in our day-to-day lives instills a sense of intentionality in our actions. Being focused on the present removes fears about past mistakes or future struggles and helps teachers remain engaged in their own work and with their students.

Module 5, Connecting Meaningfully with Others, will be released next month. If you have any questions, please reply to this email or join our office hours — details below.
