Westside Well-Being Series:
Module 3 — Clarifying, Aligning with, and Committing to One's Values
In this month's module, Clarifying, Aligning With, and Committing to One's Values, we will learn to clarify values in our personal and professional lives. Clarifying and committing to values helps us find purpose throughout our day-to-day grind. We will distinguish values from personal and professional goals and discuss prioritizing tasks to reduce time demands.

Module 4, Cultivating Awareness Through Mindfulness-Based Practices, will be released during the third week in November. If you have any questions, please reply to this email or join our office hours — details below.
