Get Fit Together Seminar Series
  
This is a series of 12 nutrition and exercise lectures, demonstrations and discussions.  Each session will offer a topic in both nutrition and fitness to get you engaged in your personal wellness goals.  Seminars will be hosted by a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Specialist. Registration fee is covered by the Wellness Program for all Wellness Participants.  Click Here to learn more.

This series of eight interactive workshops is designed to teach the practice of mindfulness to improve your ability to focus and positively impact your overall health and well-being. Each session will focus on evidence-based strategies for enhancing your ability to incorporate mindfulness into your daily living. Maximum number per session = 20.

Practicing meditation regularly can help reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, and improve general wellness leading to greater workplace productivity. During this four week series, an experienced instructor will guide you in the art of meditation. Maximum number = 50.

Learn how to effectively manage stress and improve your overall health and well-being with this eight-week interactive workshop series created by the Connor Integrative Medicine Network at University Hospitals. Each workshop will focus on evidence-based strategies for building stress resilience and proactively coping with stressors.   Maximum enrollment = 65 per session.

A more intensive workshop designed to build upon the experience and skills developed in the S.M.A.R.T. program. This series is perfect for people that previously participated in an onsite S.M.A.R.T. program. Strengthening and adding new tools for stress resilience skills will enhance participants' ability to create positive sustainable behavior change leading to optimal health.  Prerequisite = S.M.A.R.T. Maximum enrollment = 35 per session.

A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) allows you to invest in your local farm and receive fresh produce in return.  All produce at the CWRU Farm is grown without the use of chemical pesticides and in accordance with organic farming methods, resulting in nutrient dense, high quality produce.
