Spending Time in Nature

Did you know that spending time in nature has been scientifically proven to have a positive impact on mental and physical health? This concept is known as "ecotherapy" or "nature therapy." Research has shown that spending time in natural settings, such as forests, parks, or near bodies of water, can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, improve mood, boost creativity and enhance overall well-being.

In Japan, there's a practice known as "shinrin-yoku" or "forest bathing," where people deliberately immerse themselves in natural environments to reap the benefits of being in nature. The practice has gained recognition for its ability to promote relaxation and reduce the harmful effects of chronic stress.
