We would again like to welcome everyone to this year's 35th annual Christmas 7's Tournament!
Location: Pole Green Park | 8993 Pole Green Park Ln, Mechanicsville, VA 23116
Time: First matches kick off at 9 am
Reminder to please download the waiver below. You will need to have the waiver filled out and turned it in via email or at the check in tent prior to your first game. No games can be played if your waiver is not turned in and your match will be considered a forfeit. If you are entering a motley or combined side a certified coaches CIPP and signature is required on your waiver.
There will not be a captains meeting. Please have someone check in 45 minutes before your first match. Please bring your waiver if you can not scan and email them, we will confirm receipt of waivers if emailed.
To keep the tournament running on time please have captains meet at the front of the pitch 5 minutes prior to the start of each match. If your captain fails to show the coin toss win will go to the showing team. If you team is not on time for KO a penalty try will be awarded for each minute the team is late.
Social: The social will take place immediately following the tournament at City Beach (2416 W Cary St, Richmond, VA 23220).
