Sanchit is the Founder and CEO at Reveal HealthTech driving a client-first and employee-centric culture at Reveal. He firmly believes that both are complimentary and necessary to drive sustainable growth.

Sanchit has successfully played the role of an intrapreneur with marquee technology services and consulting firms. In his last role he helped scale the PE channel for GlobalLogic onboarding new PE sponsors, opening new portfolio sectors, and driving industry leading sales growth. Prior to GlobalLogic he was at Infosys where he played different leadership roles. He launched the AI & Automation Service Offering, rebranded, and relaunched the Digital Workspace Services practice and ran industry sales teams in Australia.

Sanchit earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, his MBA from Indian Institute of Management and completed an Executive Global Leadership Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Manish is a Managing Director and Senior Investment Analyst with Shikhara Investment Management based out of New York. In this role he looks at investing in technology companies across semiconductors, hardware, telecoms and communication services sectors, with primary focus on Asia. Prior to this role, Manish worked at Credit Suisse for over 25 years across New York, Hong Kong and Mumbai, and left the firm as the Head of Global Sector Research. He also served as the firm's Deputy Head of Asia Equity Research for over 12 years and headed up its Asia Technology research team since 2005. Manish holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a Bachelors in Technology (Electrical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
