Molly is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who earned her Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy at Northwestern University. She previously attended The University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology.

Molly has extensive training in Integrative Systemic Therapy and focuses on how systems and relationships influence the client’s world. She believes that each individual, family, and couple is unique. By using a goal-oriented, collaborative, and direct approach, Molly pulls from multiple theoretical frameworks to best fit each client in order to reach the intended goal of therapy. Molly enjoys working with couples, focusing on providing skills and tools to help increase communication and intimacy. She also works with adolescents, adults, children, and families to address a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, communication issues, life-stage transitions, and conflict resolution.

Molly understands that forming an alliance with each client is one of the most important aspects of therapy. She will provide a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and compassionate space for clients to process their emotions and work towards their goals. 

Molly is currently working at our Buffalo Grove and Gurnee locations and also offers telehealth.
