CHRIS NOLAN
Chris Nolan started as an independent real estate agent 15 years ago. He worked with and learned from some of the top local agents. After learning the ins-and-outs of real estate he was able to help my clients with one of largest purchases of their lives. He decided to take it to the next level and in early 2016 and formed The Nolan Group.
Chris Nolan was born and raised in Long Island, NY. In 1996 he joined the US Marine Corps. While on active duty he served as a Security Force Specialist and then a Combat Instructor. Shortly after that he joined the US Capitol Police and Marine Reserves. After a total of 15 years of service, he realized there was a better way for him to help people and decided to start his career in Real Estate.

JUSTIN BROWN
Justin Brown has been a licensed realtor since 2015 and joined The Nolan Group in January 2016.
The Nolan Group has given him the opportunity to develop as a professional and build his identity in the field of real estate. He is passionate and willing to go above and beyond in assisting you in your real estate needs.
Justin was born on Fort Bragg in North Carolina, where his father was enlisted in the 82nd airborne infantry, and after moving to Hawaii his family settled in Maryland. Justin graduated from Dematha Catholic High School and attended Salisbury University where he studied sports journalism and business management.
MIKE SIMI
As a Realtor in Maryland for over 15 years, Mike resides in Southern Anne Arundel County and works tirelessly for his clients in and around Anne Arundel County and Southern Maryland.
Mike is an award winning service provider and delivers a high level of detail throughout the entire home buying and/or selling process for every client.
He recently joined The Nolan Group at RE/MAX to work with a first rate team coupled with the support, technology and market presence offered through RE/MAX. This is a perfect combination for ensuring all of your real estate needs.
As a graduate from the University of Maryland, Mike is an avid follower of all things Terrapin related. He enjoys spending a great deal of time supporting his four boys traveling through the area competing in lacrosse, soccer and basketball. He also enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay with family and friends while visiting some of the great venues in the Bay region. Through these activities he has developed a passion for and gathered extensive knowledge of our area.
