Meditation Moment
From the Pastor...

I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”

(John 10:10)

Dear OSLC members and friends,

For the past several weeks, the St. Croix Grief Coalition has welcomed hundreds of people longing for peace, healing and resources as they navigate a challenging season. I am so humbled and blessed to be the closing speaker tonight at St. Andrews in Mahtomedi at 6:30 pm. Registration is at 6 pm. My topic is on hope and resiliency. I will offer pragmatic ways to care for yourself when faced with adversity. Afterwards, there will be time to connect with others in meaningful conversations.

It is amazing to see how much this resource is needed and how well it is going. People of various backgrounds in the Valley are discovering that they are not alone as they navigate life’s challenges. Loss may come in a variety of forms: death of a loved one, pet, infertility, divorce, or the challenges of care giving. If you find yourself going through a tough time, I especially invite you to come tonight. You are not alone. There is also hope for the future.

May you experience peace today. May you trust and know that Jesus is with you on your journey.

Faithfully,

Pastor Karna Moskalik
