Your advisor can help you choose your classes for Fall.

Registration for the Fall 2021 semester opens on Thursday, April 1, and you don’t need to wait for Spring grades to register.

Now is a great time to connect with your advisor to select your courses for Fall semester and build the perfect schedule. If you'd like to get ahead on your Fall course load, or catch up on a Spring course, register for NSCC's Summer Sessions. You can choose from 6-, 10- or 12-week classes. Keep up the great work! Think About This....
As part of an effort to identify and celebrate the contributions of Black Americans, we are going to be including a segment in the weekly wave that highlights those contributions. More info and highlights here at the Equality and Equity project.

Many companies have recruiting channels that are predominantly white. Work with your Human Resources department to recruit Americans who are descendants of enslaved Africans. Recruiting from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) is a good start.

MURDER BY THE MINUTE is on the air!

Join us as we journey back in time to the 1940’s and the Golden Age of Radio, for a selection of Five-Minute Mysteries filled with mischief, mayhem, and – you guessed it – murder!   From April 18-30 we will add two new plays every other day for the college community to enjoy. The plays are the result of the hard work of a host of NSCC students, faculty, staff, and alumni, and are offered in a range of formats, including:

·      Audio plays (with transcripts) that capture the spirit of the golden age of radio!
·      Short films featuring a flash of film noir finesse!
·      Illustrated audio plays, each with a unique storyboard designed by a North Shore student artist!

Access is free to the NSCC community.  Simply log into www.northshore.edu/arts-in-april, and follow the link to the Theater Based Events page!
