EMPLOYEE INCENTIVES
As an organization, Misericordia continues to look at creative ways to address the current status of our workforce, while maintaining high expectations of our staff.
For continuity of care and predictability for our staff and our residents it is important that time off and needed coverage is planned in advance; therefore, we are implementing incentives to recognize both attendance for our DSPs/CNAs (click here) and our non-direct care staff who are assisting with coverage (click here). The incentives will be in effect beginning 10/1/2023 through 1/6/2024 and will be paid out in the paycheck on 1/26/2024.
Continuation of these incentives after 1/6/2024 will be assessed and communicated at a later time. Please see your Director or AVP with any additional questions. As a reminder bonuses will be taxed at the time of payout.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW: SELF-REVIEWER SURVEY
We want to thank you in advance for your patience with the performance process. The ADP platform for the performance review was new to all of us and while we experienced a few hiccups, we received 990 self-reviews and 1,040 completed performance reviews. Our goal with this process is to establish a structure for ongoing feedback to support your growth and development. To help us in this area, we ask if you could take a moment to complete the survey below by October 6. We know we have more work to do to improve the experience with the review process, so your input through this survey will help us further evolve the process. Thank you in advance!

MERCY DAY
Mercy Day was honored this past Sunday, September 24. What is Mercy Day? Mercy Day is the anniversary of the opening of the first “House of Mercy” in 1827 in Dublin, Ireland. Catherine McAuley, founder of the Sisters of Mercy, devoted her life to the poor, sick, and uneducated in the name of mercy. We thank the Sisters of Mercy today who continue her legacy of care and compassion.
