Two Important Partner Surveys
Much like AGC of Minnesota's annual assessment, AGC of America uses the results of the annual Industry Hiring and Business Outlook survey to make the case with elected and appointed officials at the federal level in support of key member priorities.
The Minneapolis Federal Reserve's biannual survey provides real-time information to President Neel Kashkari for FOMC meetings (where the Fed decides interest rates and other monetary policy).

Participant feedback:
- “Trainer was engaging and loved the personal connection she brought to the class.”

- “Yolanda is great!! Her storytelling really brings the training to life and humanizes it.”
As you can see, even within such a serious training topic there were moments of levity. Kudos to Gardner Builders for prioritizing suicide prevention awareness and training!
