SPEED TABLE INSTALLATION - 7TH AVE N

Begins Monday, April 15, 2024

Between 8th St N to Gulf Shore Blvd N

Beginning Monday, April 15, 2024, the City of Naples and Bonness, Inc. will be performing construction on 7th Avenue North between 8th Street North and Gulf Shore Boulevard North. Work includes the installation of four (4) speed tables. which is tentatively scheduled to be completed in two (2) days, weather permitting.

Traffic control and warning signs will be installed in the work zone. Most of the work will impact vehicular traffic; however, one lane will remain accessible, using flagmen to direct traffic.

Motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians should be alert for construction workers and equipment in and around the roadway. They are encouraged to allow additional time in their schedule for potential delays. Resident cooperation and patience are appreciated during this process.

EASTBOUND CLOSURE - DAVIS BOULEVARD

(ALL EASTBOUND LANES - 7PM TO 5AM)

Friday, April 12, 2024 - Friday, April 19, 2024

Beginning on Friday, April 12, 2024, the contractor for Metropolitan Naples, located in Collier County, will be closing all eastbound lanes of Davis Boulevard from US41 to Commercial Drive between the hours of 7 PM and 5 AM through Friday, April 19, 2024. Crews will be in the area working to dismantle and remove the crane used to construct the high-rise building.

Eastbound traffic for Davis Boulevard will be detoured to Airport Pulling Road via US41. The closure is scheduled to last one (1) week. PAVEMENT RESURFACING PROJECT

ROYAL HARBOR, LAKE PARK, & SUN TERRACE

Rescheduled - to begin, Monday, May 6, 2024

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Pavement Maintenance, Inc. must adjust the pavement schedule. The new start date is Monday, May 6, 2024. Pavement Maintenance Inc. will begin milling and resurfacing the city roadways outlined below. The work is tentatively scheduled to be completed in three (3) business days per area, weather permitting.

The sequence of work will start in the Royal Harbor area, progress through the Lake Park area, and conclude in the Sun Terrace area.
