Bourbon Spritz

Recipe:

• 1 part bourbon
• 1 part Aperol aperitif
• 3/4 parts freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Splash of simple syrup
• Prosecco
• Garnish: orange peel

Preparation:

1. Fill a wine glass with ice and layer in Maker's Mark, Aperol, lemon juice, and syrup.
2. Top with Prosecco.
3. Garnish with an orange peel.
