EDUCATION - CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES


SUNDAY SCHOOL for children grades
VPK—8th grade is held at 9 AM on Sundays! Come deepen your spiritual journey and see the young folks in your life gain values, build character, and learn their faith!

CHILDREN'S CHAPEL - At 10 AM, all children ages 8 and up are invited to attend Children's Chapel for a fun and kid-friendly Liturgy of the Word, rejoining "big church" at the Peace.

Our NURSERY is now open and staffed from 9 AM - 11 AM each Sunday! Thank you Ashley and Ally for your care of our littlest members :)
 
BLESSING BAGS - Our parish children are collecting items for homeless and transient people as part of their Epiphany learnings. If you’d like to help them, please consider bringing in any of the following, in sample/travel sizes only: shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, individually packed antibacterial wipes. Help our children learn to BE a blessing for others!
This week, we will have Blessing Bags to Go: see the table in the Narthex to get a blessing bag to keep in your car for encounters with those in need.

FOOD DONATIONS of peanut butter, powdered milk, canned vegetables, pasta sauce, canned or dry beans, canned fruit, canned soup, canned meats, canned tuna, and cereal may be placed in the shopping basket for
St. Vincent dePaul Food Pantry.

LENTEN PROGRAMMING & SUPPER SERIES

This year we will focus on Reconciliation and Forgiveness! Our Lenten series will take place each Wednesday of Lent (Mar 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29), 6:00 - 7:30 PM and include a soup supper (vegetarian options available!) and some practical and transformational programming led by Fr. James and others! Look for the upcoming eblast, and save the dates!
THE RECTOR'S FORUM


There will be no Rectors Forum this Sunday March 5th and will resume on Sunday, March 12th at 9 AM. Each Sunday morning in Lent join Fr. James from 9 AM - 9:45 for a discussion of the day’s Gospel lesson… there’s always so much more than can fit in a sermon, and here is where you can hear it and get into discussion!
 

CONFIRMATION - will take place on Sunday, June 4, during our first official Episcopal Visitation from Bishop Scharf! If you or someone you know is interested in Confirmation (aged 13-adult), please call the Office to make an appointment to speak with Fr. James.

MEN’S BIBLE STUDY THIS WEEK - Our Track I (in person) Men’s Bible Study will not be held this week as Fr. James is away through Wednesday.

REALM WORKSHOP - on Sunday, March 12, 11:30—12:30, our Diocesan Director of Congregational Development, John Edgar, will be with us to offer a workshop on using REALM, our directory / database / electronic info center! ESPECIALLY if you’re a fairly new user on REALM, this workshop is for you! Please bring your charged laptop or iPad and your cell phone (and know your Apple ID) if possible.

THE DIVINE OFFICE - praying the prayers of the Church together! This Lent, we will offer Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer led by Paul Clarke in the Chapel. All are welcome, no prior experience necessary!

Altar Flowers and Sanctuary Candles allow us to remember loved ones or celebrate families & friends. Your donation may be paid online or included with your pledge.
Contact the church office or CLICK HERE to sign up online for Altar Flowers. Suggested donation is $50. When signing up for flowers, please allow two weeks to allow time to place the order with the florist.
