Work on the Rolesville Main Street project is continuing with the installation of storm drainage along Main Street between Jonesville Road and Burlington Mills Road. Work is also scheduled to begin soon on new water and sewer lines. Traffic is anticipated to be congested in this section, so plan to avoid the area as much as possible.

If you must travel through this section of Main Street, please slow down and follow all signage and flagger’s instructions if they are present. NCDOT policy allows for lane closures to be in effect from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. You may have also noticed pavement being placed on the new alignment of Burlington Mills Road. Please stay off this pavement to prevent incidents to your vehicle and to not damage the work in progress. Your continued support is greatly appreciated to ensure that the project is completed as quickly as possible to meet the Town of Rolesville’s vision of Main Street.
