ABOUT MR. NEBEKER:

Karl Nebeker is an independent CPA and owner of K.A.N. Accounting & Tax, Inc. After completing both a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in accounting and information systems at Brigham Young University in 1982, Karl began his career as an auditor with a Big-8 CPA firm.

Karl has also worked in local CPA firms and been a Controller and CFO for several organizations, and owned a previous Accounting, Tax and Consulting Practice for a number of years. Karl has expertise in such industries as Hi-Tech and Low-Tech Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate Development &

Management, Healthcare, Non-Profit Organizations and more. Karl has served on the West Jordan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, including as the Board Chair in 2005, and was named the West Jordan Business Person of the Year in 2004. One of Karl's favorite sayings is, "It isn't what you make, but what you keep that counts."
