How PCC Can Help Your Patients

Even with access to private or public health insurance, your patients may still be struggling to reach their optimal health.

Factors such as housing or food insecurity, pregnancy, transportation issues, mental health struggles, dental services and other social determinants of health (SDOH) can derail the best medical services a patient receives.

If you have patients who struggle with some of these issues, consider PCC an extension of your practice.

Nurturing New Beginnings: The Importance of Physicians CareConnection's New Breastfeeding Program

In September, Physicians CareConnection (PCC) introduced a new breastfeeding program to support underserved communities and offer a safe space for mothers to discuss the art of breastfeeding. The program aims to create a supportive environment where mothers can learn, share, and access vital equitable healthcare access in Central Ohio.
