The Mulvane Chamber of Commerce has three Board of Directors positions open for election to a three-year term starting in January.

All interested parties must be active Chamber members, complete a nomination packet and self-nominations are encouraged.

Deadline to apply is Wednesday, October 4, 2023.

The Mulvane Chamber of Commerce is promoting a Fall Window & Table Decorating Contest to encourage business owners to join in the fun and be a part of something that allows you to expand your presence.

If you're downtown, decorate your store front window or bring a table to decorate at Safe Treat Night. There will be two winners: Window decoration and Treat Table decoration! Winners will receive a $50 gift card from their choice of Chamber business.

We encourage every business to post their decorated space on Facebook and tag the Chamber!

There's still time to sign up for Safe Treat Night. If you don't have a business downtown, you're welcome to set up. Bring your table, decorations and lots of candy for a fun night!

I do need an accurate count, so I can make sure there is enough space for all businesses that want to participate. Thanks!

Shop Small Saturday: Holiday Market is an incredible event for vendors and local businesses to share their products with our community. We are excited to have a larger venue this year as we are able to accommodate more vendors! Please fill out the registration form on our website here and we will be in touch with more details.

Each booth space is 10′ x 10′. The booth fee is $20 for Chamber members and $30 for all other vendors/businesses. If you need electricity, there will be an extra $5 charge.

We'd love to hear from you! We need several prizes for different categories. All sponsors will appear on the flyer on our website and social media! We will also be posting about the Holiday Lights contest all throughout December and tagging our sponsors.

This contest will be open to all Mulvane residents and the Chamber will be sharing a map for everyone to get out and enjoy the lights!

The Mulvane Optimist Club is very excited to invite everyone to come and have a great time!



At an Optimist Club Steak Feed you will be able to choose between two 16 ounce T-Bones or one 32 ounce sirloin and pair it with baked beans, baked potatoes, and French bread. Drinks include water, pop as well as beer. Don't forget to bring your ID.

This event is limited those that are 12 and older.

Tickets are $40 in advance or $45 at the door.

Steak Feed hours will be from 6pm until 9pm, although the gates will open at 4 for those that want to find a good spot to park.

The Mulvane Optimist Club uses the proceeds of these events to help take care of the youths in Mulvane. Scholarships are provided to students, money is donated to various programs, and there are free events planned at the parks and swimming pool.

Chamber member, Chris Landis with Mary Kay, is getting ready for another year of Adopt a Grandparent for Christmas!

She will be delivering goodies to Maria Court, Villa Maria, Homestead of Derby, Brookdale Derby and Derby Assisted Living this year. Each gift is $15, and they will receive Mary Kay Unscented Shea Hand Cream with a cute Christmas gift, and sweets!!
