It's a journey with so many layers. I love that word....'layers'.
It's constant growth. We are not where we were a year ago.

Many things affect how strong we feel that connection...
  • Do we exercise?
  • Meditate?
  • The food we eat.
  • How much sleep we get.
  • The books we read.
  • Do we like our job?
  • Are we in loving, stimulating relationships?

A strong mind/body/spirit connection strengthens through a balance of many areas of our lives.
