Soliciting Singers for Selihot!
As you may know, for Selihot this year, AJ and KI will be presenting "Hush of Midnight," composed by Cantor Davidson z"l. Rehearsals will begin on Tuesday evening, August 6, in the KI chapel, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM and continue on Tuesday evenings through September.
We are planning three rehearsals at AJ: two Thursday evenings, September 19 and 26, following evening minyan which begins at 7:00 PM in the Strauss Chapel. On Sunday, September 22 at 10:00 AM, we will hold a review at AJ, open to the community, and geared especially to those who do not read music. Sign up here.

Sunday, August 4: Wild Water Play at AJ with Crazy Lazy Hotdog Days of Summer!
Cool off at AJ on August 4! Bring your favorite water-friendly clothing and shoes. Bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets, and bring your family and friends. Get sprinkled, get silly, and make crazy-decorated wildly topped hot dogs! Photos of your wacky creations will be taken. Walking with Wonder
Are you looking for ways to connect with friends and nature? Walk with us on Wednesday evenings from 6:15 PM to 6:45 PM. Meet at AJ in the downstairs lobby. Walking, talking, silence, and nature-watching welcome! Bring a pet, bring a child, bring a friend! It will be a non-strenuous walk led by Beth Shapiro or a congregant. If it is too hot or raining, we'll do something inside!

Moment of Mindfulness
Sit and engage in a mindful meditation, deep, healing breathing or gentle movement on Thursday mornings from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Meet us in the Strauss Chapel immediately after minyan breakfast. Come as you are, come from home or work or from minyan. Join your friends or bring a friend for a moment of mindfulness, calm and community! No registration is needed.

KleinLife: Montgomery County Update
Programs for Seniors at AJ
Our Montgomery County location is OPEN for one in-person exercise class 10:30 to 11:30 AM, Tuesday through Thursday, with some virtual classes still available, as well as other special programs. Reservations are appreciated one week in advance to partake in the in-person classes. You can also sign up for lunch after Tuesday class. KleinLife: Montgomery County has resumed a regular schedule of Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. They have also resumed in-person lunch with a boxed lunch on Tuesdays, and hot lunches on Wednesday and Thursday.
Grab & Go Meals! Kleinlife is now offering Grab & Go frozen meals once a week from AJ. You MUST RESERVE at least a week ahead of time for 5 frozen kosher meals. Thursday is the regular pick-up day, between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Call 215.635.5244 for more details.
