Pentecost: The Holy Spirit Poured Out

This Sunday in worship we will celebrate the event of Pentecost - the Holy Spirit filling Jesus' followers - as recorded in Acts 2, which occurred 50 days after the resurrection. The result is an amazing miracle of speech and hearing, in which people from many nations heard the disciples speaking in their respective native tongues.

In response to an accusation that they were drunk, Peter recalled the words of the prophet Joel and proclaimed that his vision had become reality then and there. We'll consider how that message speaks to us today and reminds us that Jesus has already inaugurated the renewed creation. Please join us as we gather to learn and to worship together in word, song, prayer, and fellowship.

Live Stream Worship

Our worship services are available via YouTube for those who wish to join that way. Click the link above to join us at 10:30 AM Sunday or anytime afterward. DVD copies of the services are also available.
