Feature Article: Commercial-Property Sales Volume Returns to Pre-Pandemic Levels
This appears to be some good news in our business, amid the incredible surge in Covid cases and hospitalizations that our country is currently experiencing (especially in Louisiana). There is definitive optimism as it pertains to commercial real estate investments and institutional investors. As anticipated, some sectors are still facing serious issues, i.e., Class “A” office buildings, retail and convention hotels.
