This past week, Carmen Austin, MBA, CCIM, SIOR was able to meet with Trepp at their Open House Happy Hour party on Friday, April 26th, at their New York City, 5th Avenue headquarters on their terrace at Rockefeller Center. This event was held in conjunction with the Real Estate X Gala held on April 25, 2024 at the Peak in Hudson Yards which was open to a hand-selected group of 200 commercial real estate leaders around the globe. This exclusive happy hour was just one of a few of Carmen's adventures in New York, also including a Pre-Party at the Real Deal’s Headquarters and Commercial Real Estate X Gala Red Carpet where she stood alongside hosts Bob Knakal and Don Tepman aka The Strip Mall Guy.
