With an infrastructure bill finally signed into law, what does 2022 bring for commercial real estate-related legislation? The bill signed into law by President Joe Biden is a $1 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. A large portion of funds will go towards the
United State's crumbling transportation infrastructure system. Other funds will be given to the state and local governments for various improvements.
