Vaccination Clinic for Those Experiencing Homelessness

Home for Good, the Continuum of Care, and Partners are planning a vaccination clinic for those experiencing homelessness. Providers are asked to survey their clients to establish interest and willingness for receiving a vaccine. Surveying clients will allow for adequate preparedness for the number of vaccines, staff and volunteer support, and other logistical concerns. Provider support is imperative for a successful event.

Please provide the number of vaccines needed by emailing Pat Frey no later than April 2, 2021.
