The State of Georgia DCA is preparing its Federal Fiscal Year 2021 Annual Action Plan Goals and Method of Distribution that details how the State proposes to use the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. Comments regarding these and other issues will be accepted for a 30-day period for review and consideration and are due April 2, 2021 by 5:00 PM.
