Attleboro - 2nd Annual Wheelchair Stroll Sat, Sept 30, 10a. We will gather downtown outside of City Hall then travel along city sidewalks to Balfour Riverwalk Park. At the end of the stroll there will be a brief speech portion and an opportunity to discuss the experience of navigating downtown using a wheelchair.
