Brockton Give a Hoot About the Park. Sun, May 19, 11a - 3 p. Gazebo on Lower Porter Pond DW Fields Park. (370 Oak St) Wildlands, Old Colony Planning Council, the City of Brockton, the Town of Avon, and the D.W. Field Park Association are hosting "," a free, family-friendly celebration. The event will feature live owl presentations courtesy of Eyes on Owls, free lunch with Lady C&J Soul food (while supplies last), and about a dozen community groups present to educate the public about the park, the local environment, and opportunities to get involved in community conservation and stewardship.
