Yoga on Tuesdays in the Zabor Room

Next Sessions are on May 14

Gentle Yoga at 10AM

Gentle Chair Yoga at 12PM

Please arrive 15 minutes early

Gentle Yoga is a 60-75 minute class. Please bring your own mat. If you don't have a mat, one can be provided.

Gentle Chair Yoga is a 45 minute class. No equipment or previous Yoga experience needed!

Both classes are led by JoAnne Monahan, a certified Kripalu and Chair Yoga Instructor.

Chef Adam Ochs, owner of Chefs for Seniors

Come learn about an exciting new alternative to senior meal delivery services/meal kits with a one-of-a-kind, in-home personal chef service!

Adam will share a healthy lunch for all attendees and share a topic that will help us look at meal prep differently, especially as we age and have less people for whom to cook large meals.

This community event welcomes everyone, no matter your age!

Make a Casserole and/or Plate Meals

for Caring for Friends

We are repeating Mac & Cheese this month! Please make a Mac & Cheese casserole and bring it with you to church on Sunday, May 19. Please label your casserole and leave it in the refrigerator in the Christian Fellowship Hall kitchen, NOT the freezer!

If you have another Mac & Cheese recipe that you prefer, feel free to use yours, but WITHOUT MEAT. We are plating a vegetarian meal again this month.

Meal Assembly will take place on Monday, May 20 at 9:30AM in Christian Fellowship Hall. Come plate meal trays if you are able!
