Yoga on Tuesdays in the Zabor Room

Next Sessions are on July 9

Gentle Yoga at 10AM

Gentle Chair Yoga at 12PM

Please arrive 15 minutes early

Gentle Yoga is a 60-75 minute class. Please bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, one can be provided.

Gentle Chair Yoga is a 45 minute class. No equipment or previous Yoga experience needed!

Both classes are led by JoAnne Monahan, a certified Kripalu and Chair Yoga Instructor.

If you are new to coming to Yoga, please email JoAnne at for information before coming for the first time.

Make a Casserole and/or Plate Meals

for Caring for Friends

This month's recipe is for a Slow Cooker Chicken & Rice Casserole. Please make the casserole and bring it with you to church on Sunday, July 14. Please label your casserole and leave it in the refrigerator in the Christian Fellowship Hall kitchen, NOT the freezer!

Meal Assembly will take place on Monday, July 15 at 9:30AM in Christian Fellowship Hall. Come plate meal trays if you are able!

Farewell Celebration for Aidan!

Thank you to all those who came to Aidan's farewell celebration on Sunday, July 7.

Aidan has been a huge part of life here at Gloria Dei Church from participating on Church Council, to playing in the Praise Band, to volunteering at VBS, to filling in on the maintenance team at the church as needed.

We will certainly miss him and want to wish him all the best as he moves to Florida this month.

Godspeed Aidan! We look forward to you playing with the Praise Band from time to time when you are back visiting!

OHAAT Beds for Kids Volunteer Event for All Ages!

Saturday, July 20

at their NEW warehouse location:

474 Pike Road, Unit C, HV

(same street, different building)

Delivery Volunteers arrive at 8am to load the truck and return by approximately 11am after delivering beds to families

Warehouse Volunteers will meet from 10am-12pm (please note the different start time) to sort donations and pack bedtime bags
