Ministry Spotlight on Stewardship
Hello Gloria Dei! My name is Sarah, and I am the leader of the Stewardship Committee. In this role, I support the church with my time, talents and giving.
Why do I support the church? I wanted to feel connected to something other than my immediate family after a life-change. Connection to my community by giving back and participating was the goal. Church was my answer, and I started attending Gloria Dei in 2019.
The Statement of Faith was welcoming, and the church community provided me with a sense of spiritual direction and connections. These are the reasons why I give my time and talents and continue to invest in the church. Supporting the connections with the church and the community that I have gained through Gloria Dei has been rewarding for me and my family.
My thanks to all church members who, through your stewardship of time, abilities and money, enable our church to be a church of good news to spread!

Number of donations are up from 180 individual donations in February to 224 individual donations in June. But, overall contributions (number of dollars) are down. We had a $5,042 decrease of giving from May to June. Help keep the mission going by clicking HERE to donate. Please consider setting up a recurring donation. A recurring donation can provide a steady, sustainable revenue source that is predictable and will help Gloria Dei better plan activities, allocate resources for ministries, and undertake long-term projects with confidence.
Please email Church Council at council@gloriadei.com with any questions or comments.
