#1 Combined EFSET Calibration: Bali, JHB, UK
For December/January we will run a single EFSET Calibration. It will be live from this week until the end of January. All EFSET assessors can reach this current calibration on the QA platform.

Centres can check which assessors have completed using your live Power BI Dashboard.

#2 Customer Relations Team Email Reminder
As the holiday season is approaching, we would like to remind you that you can use the CR team’s email address teachonlineadultscr@ef.com for enquiries and to follow up with cases. This inbox enables whoever is on duty (Emma in Shanghai or Manli in Lucerne) to respond to enquiries in a time-sensitive manner.

We will update the email address to remove the 'adults' after the holidays. We'll let you know when we do.

#3 AXIS: Automated SNS / TNS ACRs Reminder
Back in August, After Class Reports (ACR) for TNS or SNS classes were automated. Teachers no longer need to submit an ACR for a lesson that they could not attend, or the student did not attend.

We have noticed a few cases where teachers are writing ACRs for these situations. Please could you help remind teachers that ACRs for TNS and SNS is no longer required?

Thank you.

#4 Updated Layout: PVA, OSC and BB Reminder
As you know, the new EF Classroom has now fully launched for Group and Private Lessons, but the old layout is still in use for the Online Skills Clinic, Beginner Basics and Personal Verbal Assessment services. On 15th December, the new layout will be available for all these and will have fully launched across all services it applies to. Training resources on PVAs, OSC and BB will also be updated on the day to only present the new layout.

The new layout is already available in the demo room and can be accessed by selecting Beginner Basics/Skills Clinic/PVA and the right lesson deck from the dropdown menu. Please note that no functions have been changed except that there is now a timer on the top right corner.

#5 Content Update Complete
All GL and PL classroom content has now been updated with the new design - see example below. We hope teachers and learners enjoy this fresh look. If you have any questions, then please let us know.
