Much of my interest in the past several years has been centered around discipleship, and how we as church leaders both encourage cultures of discipleship, and create reproducible opportunities for individuals to grow in discipleship. Because of this, I found Ed Stetzer's recent interview with David Hatcher in Brazil quite fascinating... David has created a culture of learning within his congregation through theology classes offered on Sundays for all Christians--not just leaders.
