Joseph is a sweet 13 year old boy from Eastern Asia. He desperately needs a family before he ages out next year. Joseph was found abandoned when he was 2 years old. He is developmentally on track with his peers and has good self care skills. He gets along with the other children and enjoys playing with them. He smiles often and is an active and restless boy. Joseph has been healthy since being in the orphanage. He says his dream is to become a gourmet chef and he also dreams of being able to travel to Japan one day. 

Someone who met him stated, "I have never met a child as kind and polite as [Joseph]. He wants a family so badly." There is a video available of Joseph as well.
