Iulio is a 10 year handsome boy from Bulgaria.  He says he loves to play with cars and to watch cartoons and TV shows.  He enjoys working with glue and completing jigsaw puzzles with some help.  He has a favorite staff that he shares a special bond with.  The staff said that he is a sensitive child, who longs for love and closeness.  They said he talks to his stuffed animals at night, he named them all and falls asleep with them, hugging them good night.
