Naylan is a beautiful 11-year-old girl from Bulgaria.  She is friendly, playful, and sweet to everyone around her.  She does have some significant speech and vocabulary delays, likely due to neglect in her previous home.  She is capable of writing letters and numbers, however, has difficulty comprehending what they mean.  She is otherwise very healthy and self-sufficient.  Her favorite hobbies include dancing and painting.  She also willingly helps with chores, makes her own bed, and helps out in the kitchen.  She needs a family that can commit to helping her meet her academic goals, which will required special services to help her overcome her delays.  Will you welcome Naylan into your family?
