Summer Reminders

Tuition payments are due on Thursday, August 15.

are quickly approaching:

Online forms were due on August 1 (for best results, do not complete these on a phone). Please complete these ASAP!

Extended Care forms due August 9

Medical forms due August 16

Milk order forms due August 16

Summer office hours end this week:

Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday

9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Starting on Monday, August 12, the office will resume normal hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The only exception is on Monday, August 19, when the office will be open 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and then again during the Back to School Bash 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

EXTENDED CARE: forms due on Friday, August 9:

Don't forget to check Blackbaud for tuition payment information. Payments need to be made online at Blackbaud. The August payments are due on August 15.

VOLUNTEERS are needed daily to monitor the K-8 students during lunch and recess at the following times: Kindergarten-3rd grade 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; 4th-8th grade 12:10 p.m. to 12:50 p.m. If you would like to help at either or both, please email Mrs. Bruno. If you want to volunteer in any capacity (lunch duty, field trip chaperone, classroom party helper, coach etc.), you need to be Virtus trained and up to date on your compliance: Returning volunteers, please complete a new CANTS form and return to David Mika. New volunteers, need to complete: Keeping Children Safe packet, CANTS, and mandated reporter form..

The 2023/2024 Yearbooks have arrived! If you ordered one, please pick it up during office hours.

Reminders:

The used uniform sale is open during school office hours and will also be open during the Back to School Bash on August 19. Families are welcome to donate or sell any of their used uniforms. We will not be accepting donations of the shirts with the old logo, but students are still welcome to wear them.

Don't forget to take SWOOP out of your summer packet and on your summer adventures! Please send the photos to Mrs. Geiger.
