From the Principal

The Lord takes delight in his people.

Psalm 149

Please take time today to remember and honor the lives that were lost in this tragic act. May we give thanks for those who served and saved, rendered aid and assistance. May we continue to pray for an end to all hatred and truly live life having faith in God’s eternal love.

Hello Everyone!

Thank you to all the parents/guardians who attended last week’s Back to School Night for grades 5-8. I know the teachers enjoyed seeing you, as did I!  It was a great night for all!

i-Ready Diagnostic - Over the next two weeks, students in grades K-8 will take both the reading and math diagnostics to establish a baseline for the year.  If you would like to know more about i-Ready, please see the FAQ provided by Curriculum Associates.  These diagnostics help determine each student’s learning path for the weekly lessons and measure growth mid-year and at the end of the school year.  Here are the

testing windows for the diagnostics later in the year:

January 13 - February 3

May 5 - 23.

Happy Feastival!  I hope you can join our parish family this Sunday, September 15  (12:30 - 5:30) for an afternoon of food and fun as we celebrate the feast day of St. Emily de Rodat, our patron saint.
