Principal's Message

Our iReady Spring Benchmark assessment window opens on Monday, April 26, and runs through Friday, May 10. All students in KDG-8th grade will take the Math and English Language Arts assessments during this timeframe. Grade-level teachers will communicate specific testing dates/times with you so that you can talk with your child about the testing. This is the same assessment that was given in the fall and winter, and we will use data from these assessments to see how the students grew throughout the year in both subjects. Results will be sent home with report cards at the end of the school year. Additionally, all 5th and 8th grade students are required to take the State Science Assessment, as more than 65% of our students are now receiving a state-based scholarship. These assessments will take place on Tuesday, April 30, and Wednesday, May 1.

God Bless,

Corey
