De-Stressing Work

A FREE NON-PROFIT EMPOWERMENT WEBINAR SERIES
Led by Jim Eskin, Fundraising Trainer/Consultant

The average person spends 90,000 hours at work over a lifetime, or one third of their life. It can be uplifting, fulfilling and worth every moment. Unfortunately, it also can be something much less enjoyable and even destructive. Non-profits which are fueled so much by passion and emotions can touch both extremes. Unfair treatment, unmanageable workloads, and unclear communication are the top three reasons daily workplace stress has skyrocketed to new heights, according to Gallup. We are thrilled to feature as our subject matter expert, Dr. Julie Wiernik

(Dr. J) who is a Licensed Clinical Sport and Performance Psychologist and owner of the Texas Center for Sport Psychology. She intimately knows about fence mending and team building. She is an expert at fixing dysfunctional workplaces. Join our learning community of professional and volunteer non-profit leaders for this timely forum on handling the escalating pressures of the 2024 workplace.
