Dear STEM Families,

Please see the following updates regarding today’s weather related procedures:

• All after school clubs are cancelled for today.
• Our after school program is cancelled today.
• Beginning at noon you may pick up your child at the school.
• Please pull up to the pick-up line, not the circle drive.
• A staff member will meet you and take the names of the student or students you are picking up.
• We will radio to the staff to have them come out to meet you.
• You do not need to come into the school.
• No calls or emails are required if you are picking up any time after noon.
• You do not need to pick up your non-bused child if your local district is sending buses to STEM for early dismissal. They will be dismissed at the regular time.
• Please email robin.fisher@daytonstemschool.org to provide permission for a student driver to leave early. Please communicate with your child to let them know to come to the front office for dismissal.
• We will not dismiss students during an active tornado warning.
