Beginning November 1st you can enroll in the Ultimate Room Open Gym Program. This provides you with the opportunity to use the Ultimate Room when classes are not in session.
A NY native whose family moved to South Florida when he was 3, Vinny was always focused on living a healthy lifestyle. He enjoys sports and played basketball in high school (he said his playing style was similar to Steph Currys!). As a certified personal trainer for over a decade he began working at Ellen's Davie studio when it opened.
Vinny brings his expertise to the Ultimate Room, teaching the Ultimate Workout, Drills and Barbell classes. He's also an instructor at Orangetheory Fitness - Cooper City.
Recognized by Ellen for his talent in putting together great floor exercises and cardio routines he was asked to work at Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) corporate to be a part of the template format design team. There the team designs all of the monthly workouts for all of the OTF franchises worldwide.
