CONVERTING TO A NEW PAYROLL PLATFORM

We have some great news for you about your payroll solution!


Now, through the end of 2024, we will be migrating our payroll technology to isolved, a robust, new web-based HCM platform.

Why are we making this change?

The software we had been using is now "old technology" and limits convenience and accessibility for our clients.


The isolved platform is a modern, web-based solution and offers a better experience for management and employeesβ€”from onboarding new hires to updating their information to viewing their pay stubs. And with the mobile-friendly site, you and your employees can do all of this securely and from anywhere!

 

How will I know when my business is being converted to the new platform?

We will send you an individual communication 2-3 weeks prior to YOUR specific conversion date.

 

Will someone help me with the new platform?

  • When we execute the conversion, we will host a live training for you and/or the person in charge of your company payroll information.
  • Additionally, we will provide access to a library of training videos and FAQs to support you.


As always, your dedicated YPD CSR is here for you. When you have questions, reach out to your CSR for support. 

 

Change can be scary, but once you've made the switch, we think you'll be happy you did!
