Dear Valued Patients and Friends,

It has been nearly a month since we reopened our doors to you. We are working very hard to get you all back on track and we thank you for your patience, understanding, and loyalty during this time. We know it feels like a slow process on your end, but believe us, our days are flying by! We really appreciate all the encouraging words we have been getting from those that have come into the office and all the wonderful comments received through last month’s survey.

We are happy to announce the inclusion of a COVID-19 tab on our website! This has all the answers to your Frequently Asked Questions as well as information you need for your upcoming appointments.

We are also excited to announce that starting next week, we will have more appointment times available as the full team will be back now that school is out for the summer. We know we haven’t been able to answer your phone calls like you are used to. We are on the phone with others nearly non-stop. To help us help you better, please take the following steps:

  • When we call you, PLEASE ANSWER. This eliminates the need for phone tag.
  • When you arrive for your appointment, PLEASE TEXT US AT 651-482-8412. Even if we don’t respond back to you right away, we will get your message and when your treatment room is ready, we will come out to the parking lot looking for you.
  • If you would like to schedule a recare visit, PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@EGGERTFAMILYDENTISTRY.COM. Please let us know your best days and times and we will get back to you by email or phone with what is available. Please know that with the ever-changing CDC recommendations and MN Board of Dentistry updates, we unfortunately can’t pre-schedule too far in advance during this time.
  • Please call or email with your urgent dental needs or to schedule for dental treatment.

We are getting your messages. We are getting your emails. We are working to get back to you all as soon as we can and we truly look forward to seeing you soon!
Sincerely,

Drs. Elizabeth and Jeff Eggert
and the Eggert Family Dentistry Team

P.S. Be sure to visit our website. We have made some changes and added some new videos that we'd love for you to check out!

Check out these Wonder Women
We don't have a single Wonder Woman for the month, but we want to give a shout out to our reopen team (Lea, Shelly, Tracy, Heather, LuAnn, and Alex). They have been working tirelessly these last four weeks. You'll note Alex is not pictured here, she's been on the phones non-stop! We couldn't have done this without you all! Thank you!

Important COVID-19 Information & Updates

Our office is re-open starting May 18, 2020. We are thrilled to be serving you again! We ask that you come wearing a face mask or covering. If you have had a fever, cough, or sudden loss of taste please call us to reschedule. Our office is taking necessary safety precautions to keep you and our team safe. Please check out our COVID-19 page; it has all the answers to your Frequently Asked Questions as well as information you need for your upcoming appointments.
We Take Your Safety Very Seriously
We've created a series of videos to help answer questions and put your mind at ease for your next visit with us. The first video highlights what you can expect during your next visit and the second walks through how we disinfect a treatment room before each patient. Be sure to check back as more videos are on the way!

Shout-Out to our 2020 Seniors
It's been a beautiful spring and we've enjoyed the creative ways different communities have been able to honor the 2020 graduating seniors. Here's our Eggert Family Dentistry tribute to those graduating this year. Congratulations!

Doing Our Part
My grandpa, CB Norgaard, was known for saying "If it's not one thing, it's two!" We all have a story from 2020 about something we've had to endure. The tragedies of the last week only compound the difficulties for so many. Our hearts cry out for those enduring pain and leap for joy for all those taking a stance to help. Minneapolis and St. Paul have always been amazing cities to live in. We're happy to do our small part to help by donating toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss to those going without and encourage everyone to share a smile!
